Thrinacia Fabric continues to expand at lighting speed as a flexible fundraising infrastructure for organizations building crowdfunding, donation, rewards, equity, presale, P2P and other fundraising experiences.
Our latest Fabric update significantly expands the platform’s payment infrastructure with support for five cryptocurrency payment providers, more intelligent payment gateway capability management, a new multi-reward cart experience, and expanded fulfillment functionality.
The focus of this release is straightforward: give organizations more ways to accept payments while allowing each payment provider to operate according to its actual capabilities.
Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway Support
Thrinacia Fabric now includes support for five cryptocurrency payment providers:
- Stripe Crypto
- Coinbase Business
- CoinGate
- BitPay
- NOWPayments
This expands Fabric beyond traditional card and payment-provider integrations and gives organizations additional options for accepting cryptocurrency as part of their fundraising infrastructure.
Rather than treating cryptocurrency providers as interchangeable payment gateways, Fabric now understands crypto-specific capabilities at the gateway level.
Depending on what a particular provider supports, the platform can account for capabilities such as:
- Cryptocurrency payments
- Recurring cryptocurrency payments
- Refunds
- Payouts and disbursements
- Webhook requirements
- Provider-specific checkout behavior
Features that a particular cryptocurrency provider does not support are not presented by Fabric as though they were available.
This gateway-aware architecture is increasingly important as the number and variety of payment integrations available in Fabric continues to grow.

Expanded Payment Gateway Architecture
The latest release also expands the underlying gateway capability system used throughout Fabric.
Payment gateways can now expose capabilities including:
- Card payments
- Embedded or on-site checkout
- Redirect-based checkout
- Refunds
- Disputes
- Subscriptions and recurring payments
- Delayed capture
- All-or-Nothing funding support
- Payouts and disbursements
- Cryptocurrency payments
- Gateway diagnostics
- Webhook requirements
This allows Fabric to adapt its payment workflows to the capabilities of the selected provider rather than assuming every gateway behaves the same way.
Where a provider supports an embedded or on-site experience, Fabric can keep contributors closer to the campaign checkout experience. Redirects can still be used where required by the payment provider.
This capability-driven approach also provides a stronger foundation for adding additional payment gateways in the future.
Improved Payment Gateway Administration
The Payment Gateway administration interface has also been expanded.
The gateway capability matrix is now backend-driven, allowing the administration interface to provide more accurate information about each configured provider.
Administrators can more easily understand which capabilities a gateway supports and what is required to configure it.
Improvements include:
- More accurate provider capability information
- Gateway health and configuration information
- Improved diagnostics and test-connection guidance
- Provider-specific API key requirements
- Webhook configuration guidance
- Clearer indication of supported and unsupported functionality
This becomes particularly useful for white-label deployments that may operate multiple payment providers across different markets.
New Multi-Reward Cart Checkout
Fabric’s rewards functionality has received a significant checkout upgrade.
Contributors can now add multiple one-time reward tiers from the same campaign to a cart and complete the purchase with a single payment.
The new single-campaign cart supports:
- Multiple reward tiers in one checkout
- Multiple quantities of individual rewards
- Adding reward tiers
- Removing reward tiers
- Updating quantities
- A single payment for the complete cart
- Server-side cart total validation
- Server-side shipping fee validation
For example, a campaign offering merchandise, event tickets, memberships, or other reward tiers can allow a contributor to select several different items and quantities before completing one checkout.
This moves Fabric’s rewards functionality closer to an integrated fundraising and commerce experience without requiring campaigns to operate a separate storefront.
Existing checkout workflows remain supported, including:
- Individual reward purchases
- Donations
- Equity contributions
- Recurring contributions
More Consistent On-Site Checkout
We have also continued aligning payment providers around a more consistent checkout architecture.
Where supported by the provider, Fabric favors embedded or on-site payment experiences rather than unnecessarily redirecting contributors away from the campaign.
Payment flows involving Stripe, PayPal/Venmo, Adyen, Braintree, and Authorize.Net have been brought closer to the same overall checkout model while still respecting provider-specific requirements.
The result is a more consistent contributor experience even when organizations use different underlying payment providers.
Cart-Aware Fulfillment
The new cart system is fully integrated with Fabric’s fulfillment infrastructure.
When a contributor purchases multiple shippable rewards, the backend can create the appropriate fulfillment records for each reward tier.
Fulfillment records now include:
- Quantity
- Line amount
- Associated reward tier
- Relevant contribution and fulfillment information
These fields are also available through the fulfillment API, administration interface, and CSV exports.
This makes it easier for campaign operators to process orders containing multiple rewards and quantities using either Fabric’s administration tools or external fulfillment systems connected through the API.
Campaign Administration Improvements
Several improvements were also made to the campaign administration and creator experience.
Reward Tier Reordering
Reward tiers can now be reordered using simple up/down controls.
Campaign creators and administrators can therefore control the order in which rewards appear without having to recreate tiers.
Public Funding Notes
Administrators can now add an optional public funding note to a campaign.
This field is admin-only and appears on the public campaign page only when a note has been configured.
It can be used to communicate platform-level information about funding, campaign status, or other relevant information without modifying the creator’s campaign content.
Continued Creator/Admin UI Alignment
Campaign creation and editing interfaces continue to move toward shared behavior between creator and administrator workflows.
This reduces duplicated interface logic and helps keep campaign configuration consistent regardless of where a campaign is being managed.
Building a Payment-Agnostic Fundraising Infrastructure
The larger architectural goal behind these updates is not simply to add more payment gateways.
Fundraising platforms increasingly need to operate across different countries, currencies, payment methods, regulatory environments, and business models. A payment provider that works well for one deployment may not be appropriate for another.
Fabric is therefore being designed around provider capabilities rather than a single preferred payment processor.
The platform can determine what a configured gateway supports and expose the appropriate functionality throughout checkout, campaign configuration, refunds, recurring payments, payouts, and administration.
With traditional payment gateways and cryptocurrency providers operating through the same capability-driven infrastructure, organizations have greater flexibility in how their fundraising platforms process payments.
What’s Next
Development of Thrinacia Fabric continues across payment infrastructure, APIs, MCP automation, campaign management, localization, fulfillment, analytics, and white-label customization.
The latest crypto integrations, capability-driven gateway architecture, and multi-reward checkout are another step toward our broader goal: providing a single extensible infrastructure for building and operating modern fundraising platforms.
Thrinacia Fabric supports organizations building fully branded crowdfunding, donations, rewards, equity, recurring giving, presales, and custom fundraising solutions through one white-label platform.
