INTRODUCTION
The web development services provided by Thrinacia Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”) on https://www.thrinacia.com/ (the “site”) or administered by Thrinacia Inc. staff are for general web development and design services to help the client (“you”, “your”) with building new features or customizations on the Thrinacia Atlas platform.
Thrinacia Atlas is the white label SaaS (Software as a Service) CrowdFunding solution.
All information about Atlas can be found on the Thrinacia website at https://www.thrinacia.com. Third party software can include any software outside of the Atlas platform, this includes and is not limited to frameworks, platforms, website builders, CMS websites, and custom development/design code not written or maintained by Thrinacia Inc.
CUSTOM DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
The custom design and development services only include and are limited to working with and developing on the Thrinacia Atlas platform. Third party software for integration through API’s and other methods are accepted, however, we cannot manipulate, fix, or update any third party software and are not responsible and cannot be liable for any issues, bugs, or fixes from other third party software.
We work on a prepaid hourly basis and do not work with or provide any fixed bids. This means, in order for our developers to start work on the development/design requirements, you must prepay for the hours. Our billing staff will send you the invoice based on the number of hours that you request to purchase. Estimates provided are rough in nature and hours for work can vary. The estimates are not fixed bids.
When using our development services, we will record prepaid hours, spent hours, and critical requirements in our tracking system called Nexus which can be found at https://nexus.thrinacia.com/.
HOURS AND REQUIREMENTS DISCLAIMER
When working with our development team, we will provide you with a rough best guess or estimate on the hours that we estimate it will take to develop, meaning that the hours can vary for each estimate to complete the project. The estimate provided is not a limit of hours that we can work on a project or single task for the project and such hours can vary. The estimate can be low, high, or correct depending on the task and if any issues arise or if more requirements are added.
We do not assume any responsibility if issues or conflicts arise when providing the custom design and development services. If more hours are needed to complete the project one of our staff will inform you in timely manner.
When you purchase prepaid hours for the project, you are purchasing time for the engineer of our company to work on your project or task only based on the requirements provided to us. We are not responsible for adding anything that has not been stated in the requirements unless we discuss this separately and allocate additional hours for such work.
Once the engineer has worked his/her hours, those hours are non-refundable. If the project is not complete in the prepaid time, you will not receive a refund for the hours which have been spent by the engineer. All hours spent are always recorded on the work tickets and updated on daily basis.
CUSTOM WORK AND BUGS/ISSUES
If you are adding a custom feature onto your platform, this would require us to exclude you from the automatic updates. This would mean 3 things:
- Every time we need to apply core update or fix to your website we need to custom integrate or backport code to your custom diverged code base. This work is billable and not free. We may fix issues on our core UI for free but if your codebase is custom then we spend additional time merging or integrating such code which is billable.
- Every time we need to test, try, research or analyze something this time is billable as we don’t know which result we will achieve and whether such implementation will work.
- Every time we implement custom code or features or other things pertaining to your website this time is billable. Newly implemented code could potentially also affect older code (through regression) which then results in additional billable time to resolve issues.
