We are happy to announce a release of new features with this latest update. Included with this release is the Trulioo KYC/AML identity verification integration designed to verify campaign creators. The other feature is the ability to export multiple campaigns with all transactions included for each campaign to a CSV file.

Trulioo Verification Integration

Do you want to verify your campaign creators on your platform? With this new update, you can easily have your campaign creators enter their location information and use Trulioo to verify their address and other information for their identity.

Using Trulioo

To enable this feature, go to the admin dashboard –> click on portal settings –> website settings and enable the Trulioo Verification feature.

Please note: you will need to be using the Scale or Enterprise plan in order to access this feature as stated in the feature description above.

Once you have this feature enabled, you can then contact Thrinacia Support or create a ticket in Nexus and provide us with your Trulioo API key. Thrinacia Support will add API key to your site to connect the Trulioo API. Once this has been processed, campaign creators will be prompted to add their location information in the profile step during campaign creation as per below:

Campaign creators can add the address via the set address button.

Once you add the correct information, Trulioo will verify your identity.

Once the identity is verified, the campaign creator can save the profile step and continue with the campaign creation.

Bulk Campaign Transaction Export

We have also added the ability to export campaigns and all of their transaction data in bulk. You can simply do this from the administrator dashboard via the campaigns tab.

Select all of the campaigns that you want to export the transaction data for, then click on the Export Transactions for Selected Campaigns button.

You can see all of the transactions are exported when to a CSV file when you do so.

You can see there is more information included in the CSV when you export it on your platform such as address, reward information, etc.
