Do you need a solution for your Non-Profit or Charity fundraising company? There are several SaaS solutions that you can use that will allow you to create a fully white labeled Charity or Non-Profit fundraising site.
Your Options
If you need a SaaS (Software as a Service) that you can use to create a website or platform that will accept donations for fundraising campaigns, there are SaaS plans that start at just $9.99 that you can use to create fully running Charity, Non-Profit, and other types of fundraising websites.
Choose a SaaS plan that suits your needs the best. One reason that many charities and non-profits decide to use SaaS plans, is the ease of use, and the support that you receive when using a product. If you are going to choose a SaaS plan, no matter what product you are looking at, you should make sure that you are provided with support. It is hard to support software that another company has created. You may not know exactly how to maintain the software, and may not have developers on-site that can fix any issues that you could potentially run into.
How to Get Started
Step 1. Choose the subscription plan
Once you choose the correct Atlas subscription plan (you can always upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time by contacting support@thrinacia.com) you need to plan on how you or your organization will be accepting donations. There are multiple ways to accept donations on the Atlas white label solution. You can accept donations into one single account. In addition, you can allow other users on the platform to create fundraising campaigns, and automatically distribute funds to the campaign creators. There are many different paradigms that you can be using for your fundraising, charity, or non-profit organisation that the Atlas subscription plans offer. No matter what type or size of the organisation, there is a subscription plan that will suit your needs.
Step 2. Connect the payment gateway
Once you have successfully selected your software and purchased the SaaS plan, you will need to connect the payment gateway. If you are using the Atlas white label fundraising platform for non-profits and charities, you will be using Stripe as the payment gateway. It is best to use a payment gateway that is trustworthy and has the capability to detect fraudulent transactions. There are several ways to set up the payment gateway for your charity or non-profit, including the different types of fundraisers that you can be running. Below are the two main scenarios that you can be running when it comes to processing transactions:
Direct transactions: This is a simple way of processing the transactions so that all of the donations will go to a single account connected to the platform. This is the easiest way to set up the platform, learn the process by reading the following: https://www.thrinacia.com/blog/post/thrinacia-atlas-standalone-web-ui-quick-setup
Direct transactions OFF (Marketplace Mode): In this scenario, users on the site that would like to create fundraising campaigns will have the capability to connect their own Stripe account so that you can automatically transfer funds to the campaign creator. This is more complicated than using the direct transaction mode, but it serves as a great way for fundraisers to distribute money in an automated process. Learn how to set this up by reading the following: https://www.thrinacia.com/blog/post/how-to-setup-and-configure-your-stripe-account
Step 3. Configure the portal
Once you have decided on the payment processing, and connected the gateway, you can begin with configuring your website to operate the way that you need it to. If you are going to be using the Atlas white label platform, you can learn how to navigate through the administrator dahsboard by watching the following video:
It is best to take a look at all of the settings and use the specific toggles that work best for your scenario. If you would need assistance, or would rather someone else set up the website for you, there is also the turn key setup option as well. Included with the toggles, are the visual elements on the site. You can fully manipulate the site via the administrator dashboard. Further UI (user interface) changes can be done via front end source code for those that have coding experience.
Step 4. Launch the website
Now that the site has been set up, it is best to test transactions, creating campaigns, and other elements to the website so that you are not missing any details before launching. This will avoid any headaches that you may encounter once the site is live and running for all of your audience to see. It is best to have fundraising campaigns ready for the launch date. If you have campaigns, you can send a mass email to the fundraising partners, and donors for you to receive the funding on your very first day. For more information watch the video below:
