Dawn 1.2 Release Announcement

Thrinacia Team is pleased to announce the general availability of Dawn 1.2 Release. This release introduces some new features and existing core Web UI frontend and REST API backend revisions.

Below is a list of items that is included with this release.

  • TextAngular WYSIWYG Editor update to version 1.4.2 which also corrects IE 11 YouTube embedding
  • REST API infrastructure upgrade
  • Campaign GET REST API call introduces new time variables allowing more specific access to campaign end time

    	minutes_remaining,

    	hours_remaining_inclusive,
    	minutes_remaining_inclusive,
            seconds_remaining_inclusive
    
  • Campaign duration time on General Web UI is now more fine grained and includes display for days, hours, minutes and seconds
  • Multiple payment gateway panel through Portal Admin Web UI, for which soon more payment gateways to be added
  • Auto approval options on Portal Admin Web UI allowing you to control whether new users and new campaigns get auto approved
  • Vimeo Support in TextAngular WYSIWYG Editor
  • Vanity or Custom paths for campaigns e.g. https://www.mysite.com/mycampaign can now be enabled and configurable per campaign
  • Stripe Account indicators (test or live) on Campaign Creator Connect or Stripe Account Management Web UI with additional token display
  • WidgetMakr payment gateway support for political fundraisers
  • English language matrix checks and revisions
  • WYSIWYG editor capability for Campaign Reward Levels
  • Campaign Contribution Transactions availability with CSV export capability for both Portal Admin and Campaign Creator
  • Stripe Direct Transaction Mode allowing you to remove funding step from Campaigns and use same Stripe account to capture 100% of funds then distribute funds manually. This option bypasses default Stripe Connect mode for campaigns.
  • Various optimizations, fixes and enhancements

Upgrade Status

  • All REST API backends have been updated consistently ensuring proper backward compatibility.
  • All Angular JS / Semantic UI frontends have been updated except the ones with heavy custom changes.
  • REST API Documentation has been updated and latest reference can always be obtained from: Origin REST API Docs
