Add Gravity Forms to your Crowdfunding campaign

Would you like to add Gravity Forms to any Crowdfunding campaign that you are running? This tutorial will show you how you can quickly create a fully white labeled Crowdfunding campaign, and add a Gravity form onto the campaign.

Adding Gravity Forms to your campaigns can help you gather data such as feedback from backers and much more. The integration described in this blog article can be used for any rewards, pre-order, fundraising, charity or donations based Crowdfunding campaigns and paradigms. It is great for running a single campaign, or multiple campaigns on separate pages using white label technology such as Atlas. To gain the capabilities to run a fully white labeled Crowdfunding campaign, you need to subscribe to an Atlas subscription plan. The Micro subscription plan is great to use for this purpose. Included in the subscription plans is the Sedra widget. You can use the Sedra widget to host a campaign on any web page.

Please note that it is recommended to read the following article to quickly set up the widget for this tutorial. In addition, you will need to have Gravity Forms installed on your WordPress website prior to creating the campaign.

You can use the above screenshot as a reference when inputting the string. Your ID will be displayed at the top of the page when editing the form which you need to reference as per above.

Step 5: Preview the page.

Once you have successfully added the campaign, and the form, be sure to publish the page. You can then view and donate to the campaign.

Please note: the layout may not look the same as per above screenshot. If you have a sidebar navigation/section, this could effect the look of the campaign. In order to make the campaign appear in full width of the page, you will likely have to do the following (each theme is different so this may or may not work for you):

  1. Delete the Sidebar widget. You can do this by going to Appearance –> Widgets.
  2. You can also delete this section on the page by going to Appearance –> Theme editor –> delete the code which displays the sidebar. This is most recommended. It may, however, delete the sidebar for ALL pages.
  3. Add CSS to the site to make the page full width. Click on Appearance –> Customize –> Additional CSS –> add the div that you would like to target, then add the CSS as follows: width: 100% !important;

Use the below code as an example:

div#content {
	width: 100% !important;
}
