Hello,
This is important notification in regards to DNS changes for your custom domain. Your custom domain may or may not work due to DNS provider change and it is important you update nameservers for domain as soon as possible to ensure everything is fully working.
We have also notified all customers of this change via emails. In case you did not get an email below is a copy of the notification.
Our DNS provider StackPath has closed their business and therefore we had to migrate all DNS zones to a new DNS provider.
Rest assured your DNS zone was transfererred automatically to new provider. However if you are using custom domain you will likely need to go to your domain panel and change domain nameservers to the following ones below.
1. kiki.bunny.net
2. coco.bunny.net
Also make sure to remove old stackpath nameservers before adding the new ones above. If you have any questions please contact us at support@thrinacia.com.
