Thrinacia Atlas Changelog: Coupon CSV Update

We have recently released an update which will allow the export of the coupon transaction data to several different CSV files.

In this weeks release, we are adding an improvement to the coupon feature allowing for the data to be exported into 3 different types of CSV files. Below are the different CSV file types, and how to export them.

Note: You will only be able to view the coupon transaction data in the CSV file only if the backer has used the coupon on a reward.

1. Exporting Transaction Data via Bulk Tansactions: To export and view this data, you will need to be logged in as a portal admin. Go to the admin dashboard, then click on the campaigns tab.

   

   Select the campaings that you would like to export the data for by clicking on the checkbox on the left side of the page. At the bottom of the page, click on the Export Transactions for Selected Campaings botton.

   

   You will now be able to see the following new columns in the CSV file: Coupon Code, Coupon Name, Coupon Amount, and Coupon Type.

   

   The same columns can be seen in all other CSV exports.

2. Exporting Transaction Data Per Campaign (as admin): In the same campaings tab as per the above instructions, you can click on the green transactions button for the single campaing.

   

   We have also added a new Coupon Code column in the transactions page.

   

   To export the transaction data, you will need to click on the Export To CSV button.

3. Exporting Transaction Data Per Campaign (as creator): For this instance, you will need to be logged in as a campaign creator. In the profile menu, click on the my campaigns option.

   

   Then click on the transactions button.

   

   To export the transaction data, you will need to click on the Export To CSV button.
