We are pleased to announce that new features have been added to the product as part of the latest changelog to allow for better tracking of backers and a easier as well as faster process for campaign creators connecting Stripe accounts when building a Crowdfunding marketplace using Stripe Connect Express mode.
Would you like to track your backers via Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel code? Do you want to use Stripe Connect Express mode so your users can easily connect their Stripe account to the platform while you can retain full white label ability of such functionality?
Thrinacia Atlas Changelog – 2020-09-16
Facebook and Google Analytics
You can now use some of the most popular advertising platforms to track the backers on your website. Once a user pledges to a campaign, the data will be sent to Facebook or Google Analytics, depending on which one you enable. You can find these features by logging into the site as an admin –> go to the admin dashboard –> click on portal settings –> click on campaign settings –> Scroll down to the sections called “Campaign Google Analytics” and “Campaign Facebook Analytics (Pixel)”.
Here you can enable the setting, and add the tracking ID. This feature will also work on the widget as well for those that are only running single campaigns on a separate website. Take a look at some of the analytics that you can see from Google and Facebook below:
Stripe Connect Express Mode
The other new feature added in the latest update is the ability to use Stripe Connect Express mode. For those that are not familiar with what Connect Stripe Express mode is, you can read the following information from Stripe here.
Stripe Connect express mode will allow for a different workflow when users are creating campaigns, and connecting/creating a Stripe account for the campaign.
You can see the above toggle by logging in as a portal admin –> go to the admin dashboard –> portal settings –> payment settings.
Below is the workflow for connecting/creating the Stripe account as a campaign creator.
The look of this workflow can be further modified to represent your company via the Stripe admin dashboard. This can be found when logging into the Stripe dashboard and going to the connect settings.
For campaign creators, they do not need to sign into Stripe in order to view the payments or payouts. This can all be done by going to the payment settings page (not from the admin dashboard). Simply click on the user icon in the top corner of the page, then click on payment settings from the dropdown. You can then click on the payout button to view the payouts.
